The dry type power transformer adopts the special technology of European dry type transformers to ensure that the product fully meets the requirements of fireproof, waterproof and environmental protection.
The SC(B) 10 Series optimizes the high-voltage coil structure and improves the voltage and capacitance distribution between layers, enhancing the product's ability to withstand atmospheric overvoltage, working overvoltage, and electric field distribution. This series boasts advantages such as low performance loss, good energy-saving effects, economical operation, and maintenance-free features.
The SC(B) 10 Series is the ideal solution for power distribution systems due to its advanced process structure and high resistance to short-circuits and lightning impacts. It is also flame retardant, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and low-noise, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including subways, shipbuilding, mines, chemical industries, electric power enterprises, personnel-intensive buildings, and other safety-critical environments.
For customers requiring protection levels of IP20 or IP23, we offer a range of materials including ordinary steel plate, stainless steel plate, and aluminium alloy. Our treatments include pickling, phosphating, spraying, and more, tailored to their specific needs.
- F-Grade Insulation
SC(B) 10 Series power transformers use great materials and new technology to achieve F-grade insulation. It is reliably used in ambient temperatures up to 180ºCand the main part of the transformer can sustain up to 220ºC.
- Safety
SC(B) 10 Series power transformers use insulated materials which is flame retardant and moisture-proof, the combustible material is only 10% of the epoxy resin transformer. There's no poisonous fumes during a long time burning at 800ºC.
- Reliability
SC(B) 10 Series power transformers use special coil design and technology to achieve moisture-proof, mould proof and fame proof. It can sustain high thermal shock without partial discharge.
- Strong Over-load Ability
SC(B) 10 Series power transformer can sustain 120% rated capacity. It can run for a long time under IP23 without forcing air cooling.
