SCBH15 series amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is the most advanced energy-saving dry-type transformer in modern times. The high-voltage coil is wound with H-class high-strength enamelled wire, the low-voltage coil is wound with copper foil, vacuum pressure casting, and the iron core is rolled from amorphous alloy strip.The no-load loss is 75% lower than that of s11, and the load loss is 15% lower. Amorphous alloy uses an advanced ultra quench technology to spray liquid melts such as iron, cobalt, boron and silicon onto a chassis with extremely high speed and rapidly cool them to form a 0.02mm-0.04mm thin strip. It has excellent properties like soft magnetic, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high resistivity.

 It has the characteristics of maintenance free, moisture and heat resistance, fire prevention, explosion-proof, small partial discharge and strong heat dissipation capacity. All places where ordinary dry-type transformers are used now (including airports, stations, urban subways, high-rise buildings and power plants, etc.) can be replaced by amorphous alloy dry-type transformers, which can be placed in the load center to meet the needs of the development of modern large cities. 

Products features
1. The coil is wound with copper wire or foil and reinforced with glass fiber. The epoxy resin is vacuum dried, degassed and dehumidified without filler. It has high mechanical strength, short circuit resistance and impact resistance.

2. The head and end of the high-voltage winding and the middle tapping adopt the copper insert embedded structure, which has good rigidity, is easy to adjust gears, and is beautiful and tidy.

3. The iron core is made of oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with 45 degree fully inclined multi-step joints. The surface is covered with resin insulation coating, which is resistant to moisture, rust and noise.
 
4. The iron core, clamp and coil are clamped by elastic parts, so that the coil is in a stable compression state to reduce noise
 
5. The transformer is designed by self cooling. Longitudinal ventilation duct is reserved inside the barrel wall of the integrally cast high and low voltage coil, which can be equipped with forced air cooling device (cooling fan). With forced air cooling device , the output capacity can be increased by 20%.

Products structures
Iron core: The iron core is made of imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with three-stage full inclined joint structure. The core column is bound with grade F weftless tape. The surface of the iron core is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which reduces the no-load loss, no-load current and iron sheet noise. The clamps and fasteners are subject to special surface treatment, which further improves the external quality of the product.

Temperature control system: The cross flow top blowing cooling fan is adopted. The cooling fan has the characteristics of low noise, high air pressure and beautiful appearance, which enhances the overload capacity of the transformer. Intelligent temperature controller is used for temperature control, which improves the operation of transformer.

Protective shell and outgoing bus bar: The protective shell provides further safety protection for the transformer, with protection grades of IP20, IP23, etc. Shell materials include aluminum alloy, cold rolled steel plate, stainless steel, etc. to choose. The low-voltage outgoing line adopts standard bus bar outgoing line, either side outgoing line or top outgoing line, or special outgoing line can be designed for users.
